Your Chamber of Commerce offers monthly Member Orientations to become familiar with all aspects of the Chamber and meet new members. Whether you’re a new or existing member, these quarterly Member Orientations are a great way to connect with your Chamber and meet a local sponsoring organization each month. Inna Kirichuk, Regional Account Executive of TSYS| NBT BANK will be presenting on “Processing Payments Securely and Efficiently while Growing your Business!” Businesses are encouraged to bring their credit card processing statements.


Through this orientation, you will:

  • Get an overview of the Chamber and member benefits.
  • Learn how to best get engaged and take advantage of your membership.
  • Learn about Chamber programs, events and committees.
  • Learn about the business resources the Chamber and its partners offer. 
  • Get an overview of how the Chamber advocates for business interests at the local, state and federal level.

  • Meet seasoned Chamber volunteers to learn how they have gotten involved.
  • Meet the entire Chamber staff and Member Services Committee Members to learn how we can impact your business.

Oneonta Theatre Oral Histories July 14

 

Alan Donovan and Gary Wickham will host Kitchen Table Conversations at the Oneonta History Center, 183 Main Street, on Sunday July 14, beginning at 2:00 PM.  This program is part of the Greater Oneonta Historical Society's ongoing exhibition at the History Center, “The Oneonta Theatre Reflecting Popular Culture Since 1897”. All are invited to share their memories of the historic theater, an Oneonta landmark which is on the National Register of Historic Places. The program will be recorded for posterity as another in the Kitchen Table Conversations series,  which is available at http://www.oneontahistory.org/words.htm. The Otsego County Chamber of Commerce is having its 33rd Annual Golf Tournament. To be held on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at the Oneonta Country Club. Registration starts at 11:30, Shot gun start at 1:00pm. Lunch will be provided and cocktail hour with hors d‘oeuvres and awards with a cash bar at 5:00pm.
