To all Otsego County Chamber Members:

This letter brings important news about a valuable new program for our members.

This Chamber program presented by Combined Worksite Solutions is designed to help employers increase employee morale, increase employee performance and reduce employee turnover.

Combined Worksite Solutions is a national specialist in providing voluntary employee benefit plans to state and local chambers throughout the United States. The program has shown steady growth as a valuable service to Chamber member companies. The secret to this success can be attributed to the professional service oriented way this member service is delivered through well trained and caring account representatives. Combined Worksite Solutions is a unit of Combined Insurance.

This is how the program works for our members:

Otsego County Chamber members will receive a customized benefit statement for each employee. This report helps the employee realize the value of all of the benefits you provide for them. They will understand the real worth of their total compensation which includes salary and benefits. It helps them see the big picture.

Member companies can offer U-Select employee paid voluntary insurance benefit enhancements to their employees, thereby expanding their employee benefits package without adding cost to the bottom line. These plans include life insurance and disability income protection as well as plans to help with deductibles and co-pays.

By choosing the U-Select program for your employees, your company will offer a new, valuable membership benefit that helps attract and retain valuable employees.

Please call Steve Paciello at 607-725-7282 to find out more about this important program. This service is provided to member companies at no cost. This could be one of the most important financial steps you have ever taken for your business and your employees.

The Chamber is pleased to provide this service to its members as another benefit of your membership.
