Dear Members,
The Otsego County Chamber Business Award’s Celebration has been the occasion for Otsego County’s remarkable businesses to gather, explore their dreams and applaud their achievements. Will your Distinguished Business be among this year’s nominees that inspire us with your resilience, courage and commitment? Will your Distinguished Business be recognized for its ability to find new solutions and ways of working?
Nominations are now being accepted for the Distinguished Business Award, showcasing companies with 50 or more employees and for the Eugene A. Bettiol, Jr. Distinguished Citizen Award. We will host this celebration on Thursday, May 2, 2019 beginning at 5:45p.m. at The Foothills Performing Arts and Civic Center in the Wright/Wilber National Bank Atrium. Did you, a local business, or local non-profit have a great 2018? Were there accomplishments/people we should recognize? Since 1999, the Chamber’s business awards have showcased some of Otsego County’s best business talent. More than 100 businesses have been nominated to date. The theme for the Annual Awards Dinner is “Top Hats and Tiaras.” The dress theme is black, white or both, but how you interpret that is up to you. Break out your formal wear or black jeans and a cowboy hat.
I cannot wait to meet, greet and celebrate our business and citizen of the year. Will your Distinguished Business be among them? Please submit your nominations with the attached completed form by Friday, March 22, 2019 to:
The Otsego County Chamber of Commerce P.O. Box 18, Oneonta, NY 13820 or via e-mail to info@otsegocc.com. Thank You!
