Owner and creative chef: Chrissie Sonnenberg has had a love of good food and small business her whole life.
Finding she now has time to take the big leap into her passion, Chrissie opened Get Fresh on the Main!
Chrissie has worked in the restaurant industry since she was a teenager. She has experience in food prep, serving, bartending, inventory management and more through her years of experience at Boudreau’s, Ponderosa, Butternut Valley Golf Course, Timercreek, and Shakedown Street.
Chrissie was born and raised in the Otsego County area and looks to give her Main Street, Oneonta customers quality, homemade breakfast and lunch options. These include ready-made salads and plates to go as well as fresh pancakes, sandwiches, specialty coffees or homemade soup and much, much more. Get Fresh on the Main offers dine in or take out options from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm Wednesday through Sunday.
Get Fresh on The Main sources their ingredients from local farms, stores and vendors that sell in their cafe.
