OTSEGO COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ANNOUNCES AWARD RECIPIENTS
The Otsego County Chamber of Commerce announces the recipients of the 2015 Annual Celebration of Business Awards.The NBT Bank Distinguished Business of the Year goes to The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum for their outstanding contributions to Otsego County of bringing baseball fans from all across the country and world for their recent 75thAnniversary. Carol Blazina, dynamic community leader in the Greater Oneonta area, is recognized as the Eugene A. Bettiol, Jr. Distinguished Citizen. The Quality of Life award ispresented to Opportunities for Otsego for their programs and services benefitting individuals and families throughout Otsego County.
According to Barbara Ann Heegan, President & CEO of the County Chamber, these recipients, nominated by their peers, represent the best of Otsego County and we are proud of their accomplishments in enhancing our sense of community and contributions to a business friendly environment.
On Thursday March 5th, come celebrate our collective successes as we honor these award receipts at the Annual Dinner and Celebration of Business. The evening kicks off at the Hunt Union Ballroom with a cocktail reception at 5:45p.m. and dinner at 7:00p.m..
