20 under 40

First ’20 Under 40′ Class Named,

Awards Reception Planned Feb. 26

The first class of Otsego County’s “20 Under 40”, designed to recognize younger citizens who are excelling in their fields, was chosen Tuesday, Feb. 10, by an independent panel of six judges.

The honorees are:

► Brent Baysinger, owner, Canoe & Kayak Rentals and Sales, Portlandville.

►  Dan Buttermann, Oneonta, casualty supervisor, New York Central Mutual, Edmeston

► Jessica Guenther, Oneonta, Internet & marketing specialist, Five Star Subaru

► Stacie Haynes, Cooperstown, CROP program manager, ONC BOCES, Milford

Mane Street Cutters will be at the “love the life you live” event at SUCO, this Saturday from 12:00pm-5:00pm! There will be a lot of vendors at this event so please come! Its free to get in, they just ask to bring a new personal care item to donate to Family Services Association. Ex, deodorant, razors, soap, shampoo, etc.

 

At the Mane Street Cutters table, we will have give-aways, drawings and exclusive sales on our products.

 

There will be seminars from Bassett hospital, Dr. Dohner, fitness by Stacy Mitchell, Couponing, heart health, stress relief for depression and more. There will be mammography and cholesterol screenings and a fashion show put on by JC Penney, Maurices, Rue 21 and TJ Maxx!

 

Many local businesses are attending and have lots to share! Please swing in and bring your friends!

 

Also reminder, our Annual Customer Appreciation Sale is coming up March 16th-21st.  Everything will be buy one get one 50% off! This is the best sale of the year so mark your calenders! We will also have snacks all week and multiple drawings for product gift packs and free services from most of us stylists!

Join us on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 from 11:45am – 1:30pm for a Networking Luncheon as we honor Dr. Theodore D. Starting on February 26th, and continuing through the months of March and April, we will be hosting a series of informational forums.  The forums will cover a variety of topics, and will be hosted in coordination with several local organizations.  Be sure to mark your calendar

                        protect your children in their use of these devices.

Mrs. Rokhvadze, our School Library Media Specialist will provide a

wealth of information on this topic.
