This Years Job Fair Was a Great Success
The 2018 Job Fair was held on Saturday, April 14, at the Fox Care Center in Oneonta with a theme of Laying a Foundation for Success. From employment opportunities to the chance to spread the word about their services, our members came out and helped to create an excellent event. Focusing on education, employment, and enhancement, this event allowed the community to get to know participating businesses better, gaining a deeper understanding of what they stood for and what they offer. We look forward to next year’s being even better!

2018 Annual Dinner and Celebration of Business
Our Annual Dinner & Celebration of Business was held at the Foothills Performing Arts and Civic Center on May 3. It was a wonderful evening of fine music, food, and appreciating the accomplishments of our two award recipients of the night. The chamber board of directors was proud to congratulate and honor both NBT Bank and the late Eugene Bettiol Sr, both of these honorees represent a legacy of entrepreneurial spirit. That spirit has embraced and uplifted the community, contributed to a thriving economy and created a vast opportunity for all our neighbors not only today but also for future generations.
