Dear Members,
We hope you are staying cool on this true summer day. Recently, a survey developed in partnership with Colgate University and Pathfinder Village was sent out to each of your inboxes. If you have not yet had the chance, we hope that you will take the time to complete it. Doing so will help us to better understand local business engagement with the intellectual and/or developmental disability community and is part of a larger project that we believe will ultimately improve the quality of life for people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in Otsego County. We hope the results of this survey can help the development of innovative opportunities for employment for people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, as well as potentially address some of the workforce challenges in the region.
We thank you very much for your participation. Additionally, if you are interested in learning more about hiring individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, please do not hesitate to reach out to kwc@pathfindervillage.org.
