Small Business Recovery Grant expanded to include larger businesses- apply today!

Governor Hochul recently announced changes to the NYS COVID-19 Pandemic Small Business Recovery Grant Program that will allow more small businesses to apply for funding. Now a business that had gross receipts of up to $2,500,000 in 2019 or 2020 is eligible to apply. Also, the limit on the Paycheck Protection Program has increased; if a business received $250,000 or less in PPP loans they are also now eligible to apply. Applications filed in the first phase that are pending and/or haven’t submitted all their documents must complete their applications by September 10, 2021!

Also new applications submitted on and after August 25^th will begin to be processed on September 8.

One last very important point: businesses must have a bank account to receive funding!
